Mousse Crossing is a home based bakery formerly in Burlington, VT, now based out of West Hartford, CT.
It started when someone asked me to make a simple batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Seeing the joy that these cookies created made me realize my love for baking, and so I soon dove into the world of all things pastry. From there I began taking professional level baking classes at King Arthur Flour and working as the assistant pastry chef at both an esteemed Shelburne, Vermont restaurant and then a West Hartford, Connecticut restaurant. Soon after, Mousse Crossing Bakery was created to design custom pastries on a personalized, on demand basis.
